90-Day Retours

We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resellable condition.

How to request a return

1. Email leonieandcoshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. Our team will reply within 2 jours ouvrés with a return label and instructions
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the courier within 7 days of receiving the label

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected (3–5 jours ouvrés), we'll notify you by email. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 jours ouvrés.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items damaged after delivery through customer use
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color at no extra charge. Follow the same return request process and note "Exchange" in your email.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we cover shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is at customer expense.
